I had a disappointing experience with K&T Heating, which fell short of expectations. Their online appointment system was glitchy and unresponsive, making it frustrating to schedule necessary maintenance. When a technician finally arrived, there seemed to be a lack of communication about the issue; the repair took longer than anticipated and caused further inconvenience. Despite their promises of reliability and efficiency, my heating system continued to have problems afterward. Overall, I didn't feel I received the quality of service they claim to provide, leading to increased energy bills rather than reduced ones.

I had high hopes for K&T Heating based on their claims, but my experience has been disappointing. Scheduling was complicated, and the online appointment management system was less than user-friendly. Their customer service left a lot to be desired, as responses were slow and unhelpful. Moreover, the team's workmanship felt rushed, leaving lingering issues with the installation that were hopefully temporary. Sadly, I expected better from a company with such long-standing claims of reliability.
